How to copy flows and templates between Klaviyo accounts
Step 1 - Find the flow in Klaviyo you want to clone, and click the 3 dots on the right.
Step #2 - click clone
Step #3 - click “clone to multiple accounts”
Step #4 - Select the account you want to duplicate the flow to.
Step #5 - make sure the metrics match up.
The main one here is what you want to trigger to be, so check the list/ segment that triggers a flow is correct, also check that you’ve got your Klaviyo account linked up to your ecom provider (like Shopify/ Woocommerce), to be able to access metrics like “added to cart” or “abandoned checkout” or “active on site”. Once confirmed, click next, then click the “Clone flow” button
Then, hop over to the next account and you’ll see it. Check everything over, make any edits to specific emails, double check your triggers are correct, add any additional filters like “refunded order zero times” or “viewed x product zero times” (sometimes Klaviyo doesn’t let you transfer these over – so best to check!).
