We're looking for a copywriter who thinks before they write. Someone who understands why a message works, not just how to make it sound good. You'll write campaigns and flows built to move customer behaviour — which means understanding the customer, the psychology, and the strategy behind every send. Craft matters here. So does thinking.

We're looking for someone to own client accounts end to end — the relationship, the communication, and the production process that turns strategy into shipped work. You'll be the person clients trust and the person who keeps delivery smooth. Calm, organised, genuinely good with people. You don't need to be the strategist or the builder — you need to make the whole thing run without friction.

We're looking for someone whose entire job is strategy. Not execution, not production — thinking. You'll work on retention strategy, segmentation logic, and the monthly direction that shapes everything the team produces. This is a role for someone who finds the strategic layer the most interesting part of the work, and wants to do it at depth.

We're looking for someone who goes deep into the numbers. You'll own retention reporting — cohort analysis, segment performance, LTV direction, the metrics that tell us whether the work is actually moving the business. This is for someone who genuinely enjoys data, finds patterns others miss, and can turn analysis into something the team can act on.
